Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Companion for Palworld mobile application (listed on the app stores as "Paldex: Companion for Palworld", referred to here as "the App"), operated by the developer at Droidr ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

Companion for Palworld is an unofficial fan-made companion application for the video game Palworld, developed by Pocketpair, Inc. The App provides game-related reference information - including Pals (the Paldex), breeding combinations, items, crafting recipes, the technology tree, and world/map data - to assist players, along with an optional console for administering your own Palworld dedicated server.

Disclaimer: This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Pocketpair, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "Palworld" and all related names, marks, and images are trademarks of their respective owners. All game content referenced within the App belongs to its respective copyright holders.

2. License and Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features, including ad display mechanisms or in-app purchase verification.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices within the App.

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Available Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases including:

• Remove Ads: A one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes all advertisements from the App.
• Tip Jar: Optional consumable purchases to support the developer.

3.2 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through:

• Google Play Billing (Android) — governed by Google Play Terms of Service.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit (iOS) — governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform:

• Android: Through Google Play.
• iOS: Through Apple Support.

We do not process refunds directly. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store.

3.4 Purchase Restoration

Non-consumable purchases (such as "Remove Ads") can be restored on the same platform using the same account. Your entitlement is tied to your signed-in account, so signing in on another device restores it. We are not responsible for purchases that cannot be restored due to platform account changes.

4. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Ads are served by third-party ad networks and their content is not controlled by us.
• Ad content may be personalized based on your device information and usage patterns, subject to your ad preferences and the Privacy Policy.
• You may remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option within the App.
• Attempting to generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions is prohibited and may result in termination of access.

5. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications about new content updates or features via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. On Android (API 33+), the App will request notification permission before sending notifications.

6. Game Content and Accuracy

• The App provides game reference data for informational purposes only.
• Game data may become outdated as the game receives updates. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
• We are not responsible for any gameplay decisions made based on information provided by the App.
• All game content, including Pal and item names, descriptions, images, and statistics, is the intellectual property of its respective owners.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App's source code, design, layout, and original content (excluding game data) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• All game-related content (names, images, descriptions, etc.) remains the property of Pocketpair, Inc. and its licensors.
• The visual design, effects, and custom components of the App are original works of the developer.

8. Dedicated Server Administration

The App includes an optional console for administering Palworld dedicated servers via each server's official REST API. By using it, you agree that:

• You will only connect to and administer servers that you own or are expressly authorized to administer. You are solely responsible for the connection details and Admin Password you enter and for all actions performed through the console.
• Commands (such as broadcasting messages, kicking or banning players, saving, or shutting down) are sent directly from your device to the server you specify and take effect on that server. We do not operate, control, or take responsibility for your server or any data it processes.
• You will not use the console to access, scan, probe, or interfere with any server without authorization.
• Server connection details are stored locally on your device; safeguarding them is your responsibility.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not:

• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its services.
• Interfere with other users' use of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• The information provided will be accurate, complete, or current at all times.
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

This includes, without limitation, any loss or damage arising from your use of the dedicated-server administration features. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and Apple StoreKit. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction of the developer.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
